Returns

3D Printed Planters

We have a 14-day return policy on 3D Printed Planters and plant accessories, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at thejunglehouseplantshop@gmail.com. Please include your Order Number and reason you'd like to return the item.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to return the item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs is responsibility of customer.

5-Day Guarantee

Houseplants

We have a 5-day guarantee on all Houseplants, excluding Wholesale orders, which means if anything is wrong with your houseplant within 5 days, we will provide a replacement (if possible) or full refund for the item.  

To inquire about a replacement or refund for your houseplant, you can contact us at thejunglehouseplantshop@gmail.com. Please include your Order Number and reason for the inquiry and photos if possible.

If we deem your replacement or refund inquiry is justified, we will provide information on next steps.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
