Shipping policy

 We offer shipping across the United States on all items except houseplants.

Houseplants

We only offer local pick up or delivery for orders including houseplants. If you order a houseplant, we will reach out via email to arrange pick up or delivery.

Local Pick Up/Delivery

If you reside in the Des Moines metro and surrounding areas as designated at the point of purchase, we are happy to offer free pick up or delivery. If you choose this option at checkout, we will reach out via email to arrange the pick up or delivery.

Processing Times

We strive to get your orders out as quickly as possible, however, processing times will vary depending on how many items are ordered. Each pot is made to order based on your customization choices for size, design and color. Generally, it will take 1-2 days per pot to get your order ready to ship. For example, if you order 3 pots, it will take between 3-6 business days to ship out your order. Each pot takes between 8 - 24+ hours to print depending on the size and design.
